FAN FRIDAY FEATURED BUILD BY SCOTT STEMRICH
Scott’s build info:
I build because it’s a stress relief. I started in the RC crawler hobby after an injury at work. It helped with my therapy. I’ve met amazing people from all over the world with this hobby and have now gotten my fiancé and all our kids into it. My Brodozer build started out as a thought in my head after seeing it on TV. It started out as a bunch of spare parts and took off. Green mountain RC drag queen G-10 LCG frame rails, Vader skid plate. All metal gears Axial transmission. SSDRC 90mm scale shocks, and their Dana 60 style axles. Vanquish lockouts, chubs, and knuckles finish off the Axles. Custom stainless steel and aluminum links all around. Holmes Hobbies Trailmaster 27t motor, Hobby wing 1080 esc, and reefs, triple 4 servo pretty much complete the chassis. Pro-Line Ford Super duty cab, with modified Pro-Line 66 Chevy bed for the besides. Pro-Line cage, bumper, roof rack and light bar are thrown in there too. Paint is Tamiya Camel yellow and a flat black for accents. The stacks are 3D printed by me. The tires of course are Pro-Line BFG’s in and the predator compound wrapped around painted Axial UMG-10 wheels. Interior is also Pro-Line with some scale accessories from spare parts. Scale stickers and license plate are from SRDLV, and Timp RC. If it wasn’t for the love and support of my future wife and my family I dunno where I’d be.
